E-log mandate rule could come next week, driver coercion rule in March
The OMB indicated Dec. 13 it has not yet cleared the electronic logging device mandate rule, but the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration indicated earlier this month it anticipates publishing a proposed rule Dec. 23.
