Jeff Barrett has been slowly upgrading this 1987 Peterbilt 359 EXHD over the last 20 years. It started out as a standard hood with a 425-hp mechanical Cat and now features the extended hood and a 550-hp Cat 3406E. Barrett purchased a 1999 Kenworth in February 2020 and started a complete restoration of this 359, replacing almost all of the body and sleeper skins, then doing a complete paint job and interior redo. Barrett used the truck to pull a lowboy for most of its life, but now he hauls lumber, roof trusses and related building materials.
