Christopher Shedd's 2018 Kenworth T800

Shedd

This 2018 Kenworth T800 is owned by Christopher Shedd, out of Greenville, South Carolina. The rig features a 455-hp Paccar MX-13 with 4:56 rears. The truck was originally a tri-axle dump truck, but it burned from the cab back when it was 14 months old. Shedd took about six months to rebuild it into a day cab tractor. He named the truck "Christine" after the Stephen King novel and film of the same name "because it has burnt and last 6 numbers in the vin number has five 6's in a row," he says. He works for my uncle at Thomas Sand Co. in Greenville, which has been in business since 1958.
