Health tip: Organic ketchup

Organic ketchup is loaded with lycopene, an antioxidant that can lower the risk for cardiovascular disease. A study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry found that organic ketchup contains up to 60 percent more lycopene per gram than conventional brands.
