The DynaMax Core Trainer and PowerBall has a gyroscope spinning inside a clear, high impact polycarbonate sphere. The faster the gyro spins, the greater the “dynamic resistance.” The resistance can be controlled by slowing down or speeding up the gyro, users can work at their own speed and pace. The gyro also features a LED light show as you spin it. This product can be used in the cab or sleeper. It weighs 3.5 pounds, but it is capable of achieving over 200 pounds of resistance. The PowerBall starts up with a small string or by using the New Power Docking Station and is about the size of a tennis ball. It weighs less than 10 ounces but it is capable of creating over 40 pounds of resistance.
