Just days after attacking trucks in Pleasant View, Tennessee on Jan. 17, the Ice Pick Bandit hit the Southfork Truck Stop in Gurdon, Arkansas, off I-30 on Jan. 19.
A local news outlet quoted Clark County Sheriff Jason Watson as saying nine trucks had 70 tires destroyed.
“There’s no rhyme or reason with the trucks he picks,” Watson said. “We just can’t figure out the motivation of this guy.”
Ice Pick Bandit victims, and even the service people who repair the vandalized trucks, offered no shortage of possible motivations a week earlier when the bandit hit as many as 1,000 truck tires in Georgia. At least one of the trucks hit suffered a blowout 300 miles away from the truck stop where it got hit.

So far in 2025, this makes four states with known Ice Pick Bandit attacks: Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida.
A representative at Southfork told Overdrive "this has been going on for two-and-a-half years now," and that while they had some cameras on the lot, the footage included "nothing you could distinguish."
A previous incident in Tennessee resulted in video footage of what may have been a red Freightliner belonging to the bandit.
This is the second known time the bandit hit the Southfork Truck Stop, with another attack in September.
If you or anyone you know have any information on the bandit or have been a victim of the attack, please report it to all relevant authorities and contact and [email protected].
