ELD provider Gorilla Safety has integrated the Project44 tracking platform for shippers and brokers to allow Gorilla Safety’s carrier customers to meet increasing load-tracking demand. The integration connects data gathered through Gorilla Safety’s electronic logging device into Project44’s Advanced Visibility Platform. The new feature is optional for Gorilla Fleet users.
In addition to location sharing’s potential to reduce check calls, other benefits could include access to Project44 business intelligence. “Allowing for location data sharing of loads to shippers will reap greater efficiencies,” said mark Walton, Gorilla Safety cofounder and CEO.
