Small- and medium-sized trucking fleets looking to hire drivers can use a new online application system from MyCDLapp.com to post online applications and consent forms that are compatible with mobile devices and allow for electronic signatures from drivers.
Fleets that use the service can customize their own employment application and will receive a unique link to the application to post on the company’s website, in job postings or share with potential driver applicants through email or text, the company says.
When an application is submitted, the fleet receives an email notification and can then log into the website to view it, effectively eliminating the paperwork involved in the application process, according to the company. The service costs $39.95 a month.
