K&B enhances holiday sign-on bonus program

K&B Transportation announced an enhanced holiday sign-on bonus program that the South Sioux City, Neb.-based company says equals out to an increase of more than 7 cents per mile.

Drivers starting prior to Christmas will receive $400 orientation pay plus a $500 bonus on their second paychecks, followed up with another $500 bonus in late January. Working new hires also will qualify for a $250 operations bonus for running over the Christmas holiday.

K&B also offers a $1,025-per-week minimum guarantee and $1,000 annually in safety incentives.
