Evans Network starts online portal

Evans Network of Companies, based in Schuylkill Haven, Pa., released Evans Pitstop, an online community for the company’s independent contractors. The Internet-based portal is designed to provide tools for drivers to better manage their finances as well as create a community with their fellow contractors.
